Offline quotes

The service catalog syncs at login, so techs can add line items, adjust quantities, apply markups, and collect a signature on the spot without a connection. The quote uploads when the phone finds service.

Photos and signatures

Photos are saved with time and location stamps, then upload in the background and retry until they land. Signatures are captured on the device and attached to the job or quote.

GPS clock-in

Clock in and out from the job site, including in airplane mode. Time entries carry the location they were recorded at and are added, never overwritten, when they sync.

Checklists

Reusable templates with text, photo, signature, and yes/no responses. Tap targets are sized for work gloves, so a checklist can be finished without taking them off.

Sync that resolves itself

Job status takes the most recent change. Line items and time entries are appended rather than replaced. Anything genuinely ambiguous is flagged for the dispatcher instead of silently picking a side.

Light on the phone

A typical workspace stays under 50 MB on the device even with thousands of jobs, so the app runs fine on the older phones that tend to live in trucks.

The app is not a stand-alone product. Technicians sign in with the account their company created for them in CrewHub360, and everything they do in the field shows up for the dispatcher and the office in real time once it syncs. A few quick answers: the app requires a CrewHub360 account, which is created by your company’s administrator in the web app — there is no separate sign-up inside the app. If you cannot sign in, ask your office to confirm your account is active and that you have been assigned to the workspace. Work done offline is queued on the device and uploads automatically the next time the phone has Wi-Fi or cellular data; if something looks like it has not synced, open the app on a connection and give it a moment before reporting it.

What the app stores on the phone. Your company’s job schedule, customers, service catalog, quotes, checklists, photos, signatures, and time entries are cached locally so the app works offline. That cache belongs to your CrewHub360 workspace and is removed when you delete the app.

Location. With your permission, the app uses your location for GPS clock-in and clock-out and to stamp job photos with where they were taken. The CrewHub360 Privacy Policy linked above describes exactly how location data is collected, stored, and used.

Camera and photos. The camera and photo library are used only to attach photos to jobs, quotes, and checklists.

Data deletion. You can request removal of your account and data at crewhub360.com/data-deletion.
